This policy explains how Genesis Capital Partners, S.L. processes the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you write and, if you choose to provide them, your company or family, telephone, country of residence, preferred language and contact channel, and area of interest. We use this data solely to handle and respond to your request, and we send you an automatic acknowledgement. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. The wealth assessment is calculated in your browser and your answers are neither sent nor stored.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form and submitting it, and, where applicable, on taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

4. Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. The providers supporting the website and email (hosting and email: IONOS) access it as data processors under the corresponding data processing agreement. The data is hosted on servers located in the European Union.

5. Retention period

Requests are received by email and also stored, as a backup, in the site’s administration panel with restricted access. We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and then, blocked, for the legal limitation periods of any liability. If the conversation leads to a contractual relationship, the data will be kept in accordance with the rules applicable to that relationship.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@genesiscapital.es and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security and confidentiality

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information, with access restricted to the people handling each request, and we keep confidential everything you share with us.
