How we work
Every mandate follows four phases, led by a partner who acts as the family’s single point of contact from start to finish.

Assessment
We get to know the family, its goals and its constraints, and review the corporate, wealth and financial documentation.

Proposal
We present a plan with a defined scope, timeline and fees, and identify the specialists who will be involved.

Implementation
We coordinate the roll-out: incorporations, contracts, negotiations and relations with institutions and third parties.
04
Oversight
We report to the family regularly and adjust the structure as personal, regulatory or market circumstances change.
